HARDOX600 Wear-resistant steel plate, Hardox 600,The extra hard and tough steel for extreme wear
Hardox 600 is an abrasion resistant steel with a nominal hardness of 600 HBW. Typical applications are components with abrasions resistance .
At a nominal hardness of 600 HBW, Hardox 600 has a uniquely high impact toughness.
Especially suited for extreme wear conditions, it can still be cut and welded, making it an excellent choice for high-performance applications.
Hardox 600 has a hardness of 600 Brinell, but can still be cut and welded – an excellent plate for high performance applications.
HARDOX 600 is an Abrasion Resistant Plate with a hardness of 600 HBW, intended for applications where demands are imposed on abrasion resistance in combination with good cold bending properties. HARDOX 600 offers very good weldability.Supplementary Technology: Brinell hardness, HBW according to EN ISO 6506-1, on a milled surface 0,5–2 mm below plate surface per heat and 40 tons. Tests are made for every variation of 15 mm in the thickness of plates from the same heat.
