Kazakhstan customers / Wear Resistant Steel Plate

On June 3, GNEE received a visit from a customer from Kazakhstan, who proposed to purchase wear-resistant steel plates.

Salesman Sissi led the customers to visit the office environment of GNEE Group. During the visit, she introduced the development history, corporate culture, office environment, etc. of our company to the customers, so that the customers can better understand the strength of our company.

In the conference room, the customer proposed to purchase a batch of wear-resistant steel plates according to the needs of this project. Sissi took the customer to visit the company’s atlas, understood the customer’s specific needs, and recommended NM450 AR steel plates.

A Kazakh customer asked Sissi whether our products have quality assurance. Sissi told the customer that we can provide test reports on the mechanical properties, chemical composition, tensile strength, etc. of the products, which will be sent together with the products. We will also accept third-party testing and customer acceptance before shipment, so customers can purchase with confidence.

After Sissi’s detailed description of NM400 abrasion resistant plate and the company’s services, the Kazakhstan customer expressed on the spot that he wanted to purchase 270 tons of NM400 abrasion resistant steel sheets, and said that he was very satisfied with this cooperation and looked forward to the next cooperation with GNEE.
