On April 17, 2024, salesman Ross and Indian customers visited GNEE Group to discuss the purchase of wear-resistant steel plates. Ross warmly received the customers and took photos with them.
Ross led the Indian customers to visit our office environment, so that the customers had a basic understanding of our scale. During the visit, Ross introduced the development history and corporate culture of our company to the customers. GNEE Group was established in 2008 and has 7 factories and 200+ employees. It is a one-stop service company.
In the conference room, Ross introduced the overall strength of our company to customers through a corporate promotional video. GNEE is a foreign trade company with 16 years of experience in steel production and sales, and can provide customized services for wear-resistant steel plates according to customer needs.
The customer looked at the company’s product brochure and asked about the product information of the Hardox 450 wear-resistant steel plate he wanted to purchase. Ross patiently answered the customer’s questions and explained that we can provide mechanical properties testing, chemical composition testing, etc.
The customer asked Ross about the relevant information of Hardox 450 wear-resistant steel plate, and Ross gave the customer corresponding explanation.
