Our Production Process
Raw Material Preparation
We use high-quality iron ore, scrap steel, alloy elements, etc. as raw materials, and accurately calculate and proportion the amount of various raw materials according to the composition requirements of the product.
Smelting
Add the raw materials to the blast furnace or converter, electric furnace for smelting, remove impurities and adjust the composition by controlling the smelting temperature, time, oxygen flow and other parameters to make the molten steel meet the predetermined chemical composition and temperature requirements.
Continuous Casting Or Mold Casting
Pour the smelted molten steel into the continuous casting machine or ingot mold, cool and solidify into a billet or ingot. Our continuous casting process has the advantages of high production efficiency and stable quality, and can directly produce slabs of various specifications.
Rolling
After heating the billet or ingot, send it to the rolling mill for rolling. We will go through multiple passes of rolling such as rough rolling and finishing rolling, and gradually roll the steel plate into the required thickness, width and length.
Heat Treatment
According to the performance requirements of wear-resistant steel plates, the rolled steel plates are subjected to heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering to improve the organizational structure of the steel plates and improve the strength, hardness and toughness of the steel plates.
Inspection And Packaging
We will use professional measuring tools to measure the thickness, width, length, angle and other dimensions of the steel plates to ensure that the dimensions of the steel plates meet product standards and customer requirements. At the same time, the qualified wear-resistant steel plates will be packaged and transported according to customer requirements.
